Alicia Malone

Alicia underwent the FilmStruck application process, an TCM movie streaming platform. Malone took a recording of Robert Osborne and Ben Mankiewicz's openings so that she could try reading them out front of the camera prior to the TCM hosting audition. She auditioned in 2017 for a Turner Classic Movies presenter position. The company hired Malone in January of 2018. Malone spoke about the struggles confronted by women in films in two separate TEDx session. Maree has also made appearances on several other programs including the Today program on NPR's The Movies documentary series MSNBC Access Hollywood E! Entertainment Tonight, MTV & ABC's Live from the Red Carpet Oscar Pre-show for the 2019 Oscars.
